Great location and the reception staff were very understanding and helpful.
No air conditioning was working in the hotel despite the nice weather. Our room became like a sauna with the large glass windows and no way to cool them down. We originally had a road facing room but were unable to sleep it was so loud so moved to a sea view room. The noise was gone but the heat during the day and at night was unbearable.

The Breakfest was good, though more dairy products options (like cottege cheese) would've been nice. The staff was very kind and smiley.
The rooms and the hotel were very clean and nicely decorated as well.
The A.C didn't work in the first 24 hours of our stay (in the entire hotel) and we suffered from the extreme heat without a proper solution from the hotel staff - we were told it's a technical issue because of the lengthy switch from winter to summer mode of the A.C system, but as guests that paid for having a.c it didn't matter...

Loved it! My sea view room was a balm for the soul. Very spacious and clean. The hotel itself is nice and sprawling and beautifully, tastefully decorated. The staff are wonderfully hospitable without being overbearing. Suzanna at the cafe made my stay super comfy and pleasant. She's an asset to the hotel as is her colleague, Christo. Reception staff also friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
My room was a connecting room (I didn't request it). This meant that I could hear everything the couple in the adjoining room were saying owing to the quite large gap under the connecting door. I was glad that they were moved to a room with a double bed otherwise I can see how annoying that would have been for 2 days especially given that my stay was largely writing related.

Time of the year was a bit quite with not many people at the facility therefore the blue bar, poolside bar etc were not operational but i expected this in advance.

Location is lovely, right on the beach. Resort is beautiful. Staff were lovely, especially Maya! Very accommodating with our 5 month old. They make a real effort on the food which is great. Really nice to walk around on the boardwalk on the beach. Good facilities, gym, table tennis etc.
View from non sea rooms is a bit uninspiring. LOTS of tours for older people come through, first few nights we were the only family at dinner. Pool bar and other restaurants not open at the time we visited. Pools were very cold in April.

There were a few AMAZING staff who deserve a mention: Lovely Greek lady who works in reception (from Aus or SA...cant remember which) Greek lady whos daughter is at uni in uk who works in breakfast. Two young lads who work on the pool bar also were great. Lovely lady in the gift shop too. Nothing else nice to say about anything.
The worst experience I ever had in any hotel. I have stayed here before...maybe 3/4 times and absolutely loved it. The staff (apart from a couple who have been there years) were terrible. So rude. So so unaccomodating. 90% of staff have no idea how to treat a customer in a hotel. Nobody is willing to go out their way for you. Again, apart from the few staff who have worked there many years.
Credit to the few amazing staff who shouldn't be painted with the same brush; Greek lady with super short hair in reception. Greek lady whos daughter is at uni in uk who works in breakfast. Two young lads who work on the pool bar also were great. Lovely lady in the gift shop too.

We have a lot of problem with our room. We call three times the reception to fix the problem with toilet. Shower was broken and the water in the toilet never stop. Sent maintenance staff 5 minutes before check out. When we make check out never said an apology for this. Price is not representative as you pay.

The property is old, the swimming pool grounds aren’t renovated well, the balconies in the rooms are sad, the buffet set up is small and causes people to queue up. It’s also far from the interesting parts of Limassol like the castle and marina and will cost you a good 40 euro to go there.
There is construction going on next door which is quite inconvenient.
Mostly some members of the staff. It’s one thing to understand that it’s the season and they’re working hard an another to just be plain rude and unhelpful. Especially some members of reception like the blonde lady with glasses.

Location is great. They are in between two classy hotels as well have amazing beach better then the rest. Across steet you have supermarket. Hotel offers 4 restaurants. Had an issue with the room view. Then the next morning the changed without an issue or extra charge. Was very very happy with the hotel. Facilities. Pool area is great. Everyone was very helpful and caring
The breakfast wasn’t great and the fact that every morning you need to rush and skeem to find a spot around the pool and save places with towel. They should fix the system

The breakfast was wonderful. There are so many restaurants nearby that if you only get breakfast, you don't need to worry. There are also car rental places across the street and the beach is awesome!
The wait staff was OK for breakfast, as they covered by the doors but skipped people who sat in the middle (AKA it took a long time to get coffee).

We stay at the hotel on our every visit t Cyprus. The room was very clean, the staff is amazing, very friendly and very helpful, they make you feel at home and part of the family. Breakfast was very good, lunch buffet very good. Previously the restaurant had an open menu but seems now they have limited the menu and narrowed it down. Over all I do recommend the hotel.
