Maricosta Villas are located in Pernera, the quiet family oriented area of Protaras, just few yards away from Maricosta Apartments. The villas are approx. 3min.

away (on foot) from the nearest beach, the sandy Kalamies Beach. They are self-catered houses with their own private outdoor swimming pool. Their yard is furnished and among others there are sunbeds and umbrella.

Additionally, each villa is equipped with BBQ facilities. There is the option of a two or a three bedroom villa. Each is a spacious, two-floored house with a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, electric stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.
