I enjoined every moment, but the fact that i had to pay an extra 20 BER when i was leaving the facility because of disparity in the exchange rate at the point of my exit. This should be looked into.

A very modern hotel, close to Bole international airport. The rooms are supper clean! The hotel employees are very professional, kind and respectful. The beds are very comfortable.Buffet style breakfast is delicious. The hotel is exceptional.I will definitely book a room there the next time I visit Addis Ababa.
There is a building construction going on next to the hotel. Some noise coming through. This is only affecting the rooms adjacent to the construction site. This can be bothersome, especially if yiou are trying to sleep in.But that should cease to be the case once the construction is done.Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

A great modern hotel with European standard and very large rooms. The bathroom was a joy to use big with excellent shower and latest toilet and basin design.
Modern hotel with brand new specs everything was in good working order including the Google mirror in the bathroom. Only downside to this hotel is the crumbling road where it is located

My room was full of cooking, especially during breakfast time.
There is no flexibility for late check-out. You have to pay the extra hours after 12:30 pm.
Prices of items exhibited in the small shop in the lobby are very expensive compared to the prices outside.

Great airport transfers. Comfy room with nice bed. This was our second stay here in one week.
Neighbor turned his tv on so loud, we could hear the dialog. Had to call front desk who could instantly hear everything from the hallway. But even then, he only turned it down a smidge. Quality of sleep was poor.

Nice modern rooms and friendly, responsive staff. We had an issue with noise and they addressed it immediately.
Close to airport with free shuttle.
The location isn't great, especially if you like exploring by walking. We were warned numerous times about pickpockets in the area.
There is a bar directly opposite that is very noisy with music and drunks at all hours of the night, so avoid rooms on that side of the hotel (once we moved to a room on the other side we didn't have that issue).
