Breakfast was great! Stayed in a queen room which was very clean and the bed was really comfy! I used the steam and sauna too which was great after a long day and included in the price! I paid for a massage which was also amazing and well worth it. We were filming in Ethiopia for business and overall everyone had a great stay and it was well worth the price. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport so was very convenient.

All the staff was polite. Especially the operations manager Ms. Tsega went out of her way to help me. She was especially very kind and hospitable. The location is nice and the building and rooms are new and clean.

I think the hotel will do much better if they can hire more experienced and better English speaking staff.
