- the employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful
- the hotel it’s like an old boat, with those long corridors and no windows
- the bathroom has utilities that didn’t work
- the air conditioning was making a very load noise and did not manage to cool the room even if the room is very small
- the bed is uncomfortable, and on the floor was filthy
- the sun beds are old and their colour white has become almost black
- we only stay 1 night but I don’t even recommend that

Among many I’ve seen during my stay, only two women personnel were very kind and helpful for my requests. I liked their attitude and help.
My room had an insect problem. I had to check and clean all my belongings before checking out. I had to ask one simple question about payment to three different personnel and got my answer only at the very end after 3 days of waiting.

I know I reserved one of the cheap rooms(100eu/night)… still I don’t think that for that price, we should get the room we got.
Dislikes: Bed, pillows, tv not working because of the ‘satellite’, curtains not covering the whole window therefore no blackout effect. Many many mosquitoes. Smells like humidity. Very poor lighting in the room, only one bulb in the wall.
Check out is at 11. At 8.30am(we were sleeping)and 10am they knocked on our door to enter. Couldn’t they just wait until we left to come and “”clean”” the room?

The location is excellent, very close to the harbour, restaurants and bus station. The people at the reception are ok, very communicative and open to help you with any information you need. The room and bathroom were clean, the location also has an elevator and a dining area.
I would start by saying that the manager, or those in charge of reservations, are not customer oriented, because when I made the reservation, I asked a few questions on the booking (message to the property), to which I did not receive an answer. Then, the location does not look like the pictures on the booking, it is clear that the hotel needs a refurbishment as the furniture is very worn, therefore, when booking, pictures should not be taken into account. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, we arrived at about 4:00 in the morning, needing more rest in the morning, but unfortunately we were woken up by the noise of other tenants. There were other young people staying in the hotel screaming, running around in the lobby and no one from the front desk or hotel staff came to their attention, even though the front desk has cameras on every floor and you could see what was going on. The rooms do not have a hairdryer and the TV only plays a few channels. Also, on the booking it says that the room can be paid for during the stay (i.e. for the whole period), at the front desk when we checking in I was told that I could pay the next day (i.e. for the whole day), and when we got back from the city around 3:00 p.m. we were unpleasantly surprised to find that our room entry cards were restricted and also under the door we found a note to go downstairs to pay, making us feel like the biggest thieves.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working for most of the stay, we asked the people at the front desk 4 different times to have it fixed, the first night they rebooted the power to the room and it stayed on for about an hour then stopped, we told them in the morning as well and asked them to check it, then that night I went down at 2am because it was so hot and the staff rebooted the power, then finally the next day we asked them to please check as it will only stay on for about an hour then doesn’t work after that. So it made for a few uncomfortably hot nights with no air circulating as we couldn’t open windows and felt like the staff didn’t really care too much.

We stayed for two days to celebrate my husband's birthday on the 17th, and we had a lovely experience. When we arrived, the hotel had arranged our room very simply but beautifully—it was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary wine bottle and a fruit basket waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay extra special. The hotel is also very reasonably priced for the quality and service they offer. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others!
