Staff friendly and always ready to help. The villas are really nice, spacious, and well equipped. Great having a back up source of power. Frank the host is always available and there's always good and effective communication.

It was a bit dirty. The floors and carpets, but nothing really significant. The beds are two single beds, so you end up in a hole in the middle of the bed.

This place is yet to be discovered and get the recognition it deserves. The location is not very great, but you forget that fact soon as you enter the compound because it is quite beautiful, with amazing customer service. The design of the property is simple, modern and elegant with a mini-pool to boot. I loved the mezzanine design (which reminds me of Heritage Collection Skylight in Singapore :) and the well thought out interior, including a mini-bar fashioned dining area, well furnished kitchen, a huge smart tv infront of a comfortable couch. The staff were also super helpful and went out of their way to make you comfortable.

One night there was a bit of noise at the pool area due to some non residents coming for a party. While I believe those were well meaning visitors trying to have a good time, I would ask the hosts to carefully manage such visitations/ events in the future as it might make guests feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Considering the location which is at foot of Mt Meru it would be good to provide house heaters especially In the rainy season and at night.

Breakfast was awesome, very considerate of them. The location is a bit far, but still quite close to the city center, considering the quality of the place.

Couldv'e been dusted in some areas like the kitchen counter and its contents. The cold/hot temperatures between day and night could have been better addressed by an A/C.
