This place is 10/10! The hospitality is on top. I highly recommend it to everyone staying in Arusha. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the place is very quiet and relaxing especially the sound of river flows makes your sleep so comfy..its a walking distance from clock tower the city center. Breakfast is delicious! I loved it so much that I would like to extend my stay if I had time however, the Owner Damas Kimaro and his staff was fabulous he took a very good care of us and he was there asking us if we had anything that he could take care of to make sure our stay goes perfectly. I highly recommend it to everyone who will visit Arusha.

A truly beautiful oasis where you can only feel at home. Everyone is very friendly and charming here . Dinner and breakfast together with wonderful food that the in-house chef prepares with organic-grown fruit and vegetables. When you look around you discover the loving details that make this place a real “home” stay. Everyone who works here radiates a warm welcome. We ended up here after a camping safari and enjoyed every minute and relaxed. We hope to come back here again. Highly recommended ?

What a wonderful stay! The place is the top Notch...Damas and the staff gave us the warmest welcome. The place is a dream and we could have stayed there for hours watching the river flows . The staff is so friendly and helpful and Ally ,the chef, is a fabulous cook! The lounge and dining are immediately relaxining. We loved everything but what really makes it extra special is the warmth of the people. We highly recommend it to everyone staying in Arusha before and after safari.

The home was very clean and had all of the necessities for our stay. The place was very quiet. The home is near to city center walking destance . The breakfast and dinner was freshly made and delicious. All the staff were friendly. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Arusha.Highly recommended

Damas was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. He picked me up and gave me many tips and information about the city. I even organized the Safari trip with him, which was awesome and wanderful Experience. The rooms are very much clean lovely hot shower , Breakfast and dinner were lovely during the stay. I took a tuk-tuk to the center and walked back to explore Arusha. The location its superb and it's a walking distance from city centre, the staff members was awesome ? Nice owner and staff. Very nice safe tidy property. Good WiFi. Good value. 45 minute walk or 5000TZ/10 minutes on a motorcycle taxi to the clocktower roundabout. There is a nice little local convenience store called Divine at the intersection of the main road

The option to have an electric fan in the room would be nice, and ok to charge a bit extra for it ?
