AMAZING STAFF with a smile than never leaves their beautiful faces. :) They are always ready to help. I loved their hospitality, from the reception desk till the cleaning lady. I stayed for a whole week, and I have never felt more at home. <3 The best part is that the hotel is a walking distance from all the malls, Edna mall, Selam city mall, friendship store and hypermarket... <3 And... you have got to check out their lounge on the 9th floor... GREAT VIBE!

We liked everything about this property the room was amazing the restaurant was amazing the room service was amazing at any time you could order. The Manager of the hotel Desalegne was very helpful he helped us to connect with the Wi-Fi and among other things. Dave and Noel from the lounge were amazing always willing to help us for recommendations around the city a big shout out to them. The staff working in the restaurant were always happy same goes with the reception and cleaning lady.

My studio room had no curtains on one side. It took several reminders to have the curtain fitted. Thankfully, the Manager on Duty was such a nice gentleman. He even offered complimentary ironing services as a compensation!

Located a few minute's drive from Addis Ababa airport, this new hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are big and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is adequate for one to get a good workout. They offer a free airport shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast is one of the best buffet hotels I have ever had.

The hotel is located on a road under construction, but that is not under the management's control. Similarly, the noise from bars/clubs/restaurants at night was a bit distracting but is not something I can blame the hotel management for.

The manager Peter was the only person who was willing to help us, such as getting connected to Wifi, which also does not work well at all. It was nice that they had a 24/7 restaurant and they can bring it to your room, but the food was not good.

We booked a family suite and then upon arrival they told us they didn't have that room for us, so they "upgraded" us to a different room. But that room was much smaller and had less beds than we needed and was going to charge us the same price. The food was also not good at all.

Nice hotel. Fairly new. In a nice location, though the road leading up to the Hotel is one of the few roads that is not blacktopped in the city. But the distance to cover in the road is about 50 metres only. Nice, pleasant staff, always helpful. Speaks English. Altogether a nice experience.

The first room that was given to me had some with the toilet. But on my request the reception staff quickly changed me to a better and more comfortable room. Thank you very much.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. The cleanliness of the towel's makeup on it, floors, and closets left much to be desired, and I had to contact the front desk to address these concerns. Additionally, the location of the hotel in a poorly lit alley made my family and I feel unsafe, especially at night. The surrounding noise from nearby restaurants and clubs made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and the music started at 8:00am. 9th floor lounge very loud music and unable to get some sleep on daily basis. Furthermore, the mix-up with our room assignments, particularly separating my children from me, was unacceptable and the day manager is not helpful. Very bad odor from the bathroom on the 8th floor, reported to the evening manager. I attempted to address these issues with the management, but I found the lady manager to be quite rude. Despite my efforts, I was unable to speak with the hotel owner to discuss my concerns further. I appreciate the apology from the staff member with curly hair, as well as the kindness shown by the evening manager. Overall, my experience at your hotel was not up to the standards I expected. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of service for future guests.

The location is unbeatable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and newly furnished, and the breakfast was tasty and diverse every day. The operation manager Mihret, the front officers Simegn, Hareg, and others were very lovely? A special highlight was the rooftop bar, Jasper Lounge, which offered a stunning view of the city and a great selection of music, making my stay truly amazing.

While my stay was generally pleasant, there were a few areas that could use improvement. There were no long mirrors in the room, and the water from the shower tended to spill over and cover the room's surface. Hopefully, these issues will be fixed before my next visit.

Excellent location - 3 min drive from the airport and 5 min walk to the Yod Abyssinia Cultural Restaurant. The hotel is brand new. Everything is well designed, modern and clean. We had two connecting rooms for our family with three children and it was very convienient. They have an amazing rooftop bar on the 8th floor.

I did not like the shower - the big head fixed high in the wall that you cannot grab with your hand and rinse your body properly. Take hair plastic cover if you do not want to get your hair wet each time. Very difficult to shower children like that.

The size of the deluxe room was great. Slippers were a nice touch. Magnifying mirror in bathroom was good. All the staff I talked to were professional and friendly. I was happy with the breakfast selection. I also enjoyed coffee & cake in the cafe. The wifi dropped out quite a lot. Take earplugs, noise from bars down the street can be loud. I loved this hotel!!! This was my first time in Africa and the service was absolutely amazing. From the cleanliness to the people and the food. The room service was amazing and I loved the freshness of the food. The firifir was delicious and the fruit drinks were delicious. I also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant Jasper’s. They had amazing food as well and live music. I met the owner and he showed my brother and I a really nice time. This was a gem of a hotel. I stayed here four times during my traveld in Ethiopia. The staff, especially Atenasiya and Tigist on reception were all fantastic. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the breakfast was great, and I made use of the free shuttle service to/from the airport many times. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Bentark hotel for two weeks as a family. All the staff were very friendly, competent and respectful. Everything was guest-oriented. Every wish was considered and implemented in the best possible way. In addition to the great, central location, the 24-hour kitchen should be also highlighted. All in all a great hotel with top quality. We would come back here anytime.

The hotel is in a vibrant location in Addis, close to the airport and within walking distance to local and international restaurants. The 24hr restaurant in the hotel is also worth mentioning - making it convenient especially when arriving during odd hours. Try out the chickena tibs, you'll love it! They also have a well equipped gym for those who fancy using the facility. The varied breakfast options in the buffet was also a highlight, and they do have a reliable complementary airport drop off and pick up. The staff, especially at the reception are quite helpful and friendly. There's outdoor street parking as well with 24hr security offered.

Whereas I generally enjoyed my stay, a few improvements could make the hotel stellar. Having a soap dish in the shower cubicle, a full size body mirror, and ensuring the curtains in the rooms are fit to cover the whole window to block out light would be helpful. The internet strength and connectivity was also intermittent. Water also tend to seep through the shower cubicle to the rest of the bathroom floor, making it wet.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The location is super convenient, and the whole place was clean and felt very safe. Rooms did not have a Thermostat and was cold. Breakfast was mediocre. No screen on balcony I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and a mosquito entered my room.

The shuttle service was amazing Rufa was extremely patient with my family and I. Hotel was less then five minutes away and staff was very helpful and kind. Kids enjoyed the breakfast and hotel.

close to the airport, a new hotel, the breafast was so good, i like ingera a lot , or firfir . And then the fresh fruits, the fresh juices, cakes. Also i liked the neighbourhood, if you exit the hotel and go to the left. Small authentic coffee shops, very good restaurants, grocerie shops

The shower was not cleaned well and the curtains were not covering the whole door and window. The internet in the rooms is not stable its on and off.
