The breakfast and other meals were excelent. The staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. I already miss them. The owner is such a nice man whose caring and friendly relationship with his employees are very visible.

I cannot find any fault with the hotel. It is really pleasing to see such an enjoyable accommodation in Addis. I do not need to look for another place for my next visit to Addis. I wish the business all the success it deserves.

The room is clean, and all the needed for the hotel level are very good

The staff were uncooperative and did not honor the agreements made at the time of booking. Although we booked through Booking.com, the property did not process payment through the credit system we used. The booking included airport shuttle service; however, despite arranging this in advance, the staff refused to provide an airport drop-off at night. The staff were unapologetic and showed a lack of respect toward guests.
