Osim Bnb

The receiving staff was friendly, the washroom/bathroom was presentable, and the bed size was also average good.

The building is located within a Swahili settlement, and the surrounding environment is unattractive and unappealing. The room I was allocated had two windows: one had only a three-quarter curtain, while the other, which was adjacent to the door, had no curtain at all, leaving the room fully exposed and compromising my privacy. When I raised this concern with the owner, her response was unwelcoming and dismissive. As a result, I was forced to leave the facility that same night to seek alternative accommodation, as I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. Furthermore, the room had no fan despite the hot weather conditions in Arusha. The room was also adjacent to a public corridor, and the window facing this corridor had no grills, making it unsafe to leave open. Given the lack of ventilation, privacy, and security, the room was unsuitable for occupancy. Overall, I felt extremely uneasy and had no option but to check out at approximately 8:00 p.m. after raising my concerns with the proprietor, who appeared unwilling to address the issues.

The place was very clean and the staff was very charming and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and dispite the hot weather in Arusha i would say my stay was cool since they provided a fan and i realy enjoyed my stay. I would recomend Osin Bnb anyday for so many reasons,i.e its very close to the CBD,its pocket friendly, very clean, secure and the staff was realy great....

Had a good experience, i liked the place...
