Locations is great. We got good assistance with getting a taxi to the airport.
Bathroom had large areas with mold. Not cleaned properly, hairs on floor and in shower. We checked in at the hotel further down the road that belongs to this ( its a very short walk away) and the staff there was ignorant. The staff at the place where you will stay is much nicer.

I ve seen a lot of accomodations in my life but never such a breathtaking bathroom, hands down this worth every dollar here, especially for couples. Also the position Is perfect, breakfest was very nice as pretty much everything else. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Nice breakfast and other choices on the menu with a fair price.
The mattress is too hard. It feels like sleeping on the floor.
They use their own rate while charging in USD dollars while the real rate is lower. It is a straight steeling and they benefit from that.

Location is good.
Pictures on the ad showed the hotel, but we were taken further away to the apartments, view from the window was awful, dirty surroundings, man sleeping on the ground, no balcony and we paid for it. We were very disappointed! Not recommended

We weren’t given the rooms in the building the way it was booked on the booking.com website
There were no check on formalities done and no meal plan explained and no explanation of the amenities. The electric sockets in my room burst out with a shot circuit and I stayed there five nights but nobody even bothered to come and check. The food was below average . When discussed with front office on check out, they said that they keep everything in the refrigerator and nothing is fresh and they melt the frozen food as and when they get the order. One of the reception staff was sooooooo rude that he even stamped the booklet on the counter so hard and was trying to rip me off with the exchange rate of 2000 from USD TO TSH . When I told him that I know the market rate, he started bargaining about it and offered 8 USD discount and started saying that the owner of their hotel has offered this rate and when I asked to speak to the manager, another front desk receptionist said sorry and asked me to pay in TSH instead of USD. Overall a massacre of my Holiday…. I STRICTLY REQUEST

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Stone Town, next to Forodhani Park and Freddie Mercury’s house. Perfect spot! Lots of restaurants close by.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though we were only there for one day. They even give you breakfast all packed and ready to go if you have an early flight out.
